Fax Extension is not working correctly

    We have the Problem that the Fax extension is redirecting the incoming fax to a different extension, wich ist not set in 3cx. That results in a Telephone ringing when a Fax is beeing send to us, and of course no E-Mail with the Fax is beeing send out by the 3cx.

    The problem can temporarily been fixed when the inbound rule and the Fax extension are deleted and created again. Then it works for one day.


    Did anyone of you had this problem before and could fix it?

    Hello @Henrik Cordsen

    A starting point for troubleshooting this would be the activity log. See what rule is matched by the call and why that extension is ringing.
