FAX not working when call comes in as Anonymous

    I have Callcentric as a provider, and a DID setup for fax reception.

    It works fine if the incoming call is not anonymous, but if it is, they don't get the fax handshake.

    I've verified this with my iPhone.
    If I call my fax number I get a handshake.
    If I block my caller ID on my iPhone and call my fax number, it picks up but I just get silence.

    You might want to post a couple of 3CX (Verbose) logs. One of the call completing successfully and one anonymous call failing.

    Interesting that on the working call you get:

    but not on the anonymous calls.

    You also get...

    as opposed to ...
