    Hi,
I have a Problem with the Fax Server.
If somewone sends us an Fax with multiple sites, the Output in the PDF is broken.
I attached the original PDF, the received PDF and the single Pictures from tif File.
    How can I fix this?

    Thanks in advance.
    Dominik

    What exactly does this mean?
Are you sure the sending side is sending the complete document before being disconnected? Is the sending side sending electronically or using analog fax?

I tested via simple-Fax.de and via analog.
If i Send the Fax to the analog device via ata , the Fax is correct

    Looks like missed data...
I know this behavior when network is laggy/unstable on the way to SIP trunk.

Also this happens when a SIP Provider doesn't support T.38 ;)

Maybe try monitoring your latency to the sip provider?

    Regards
    Anton
