Fax Server Extension (888) Stopped Working

    Our fax extension has stopped working, it's worked fine since implementation up untill approx three weeks ago.

    Should I hear the normal fax noises when dialling the fax extension internally? If so this isn't happening, it just drops the call straight away.

    Fully upto date.

    Is 888 shown as registered in the system extensions?
    Can you provide activity log for an incoming fax call to 888?
    Have you tried restarting 3CX IVR service?

    No, T38 fax server operate on a digital base and not on audio, so calling it will make no audio tone unless G711 is activated...
