Ever since the update to v11 our fax service has been playing up when trying to receive faxes . If I try and dial the fax DDI number it connects to the 888 extension ok but there is no tell tell beep sound. If I then re-start the FAX service from the management console then try and dial the FAX line it works. The problem is it only works for a short while then stops again. When we were using version 10 of the 3CX software we had no issues at all. Can anyone shed some light on what may have changed?
