    Hi All,

    For some reason when someone tries to call us they are getting the message "Feature not available in the 3CX free edition. Contact the administrator" I haven't changed anything in the configuration recently. The only thing that has happened is that the PC that 3CX was running on died and was replaced.

    I've looked in the logs and I think it is to do with a reference to this line:

    [CM101004]: License Limit: Call Queues are not covered under current license

    I've also found this line:

    [CM501010]: License Info: Load Failed - 26

    I'm running V12.5 SP2

    Any ideas what has happened ?

    Re-activate 3CX under settings, activate license. If it won't activate contact 3CX and get them to unlock your license from the old MAC address.
