Not absolutely so. At myself in a local network I have established a server 3cxphonesystem3.exe. All works is remarkable! However, in process of using subscribers voice mail, on a hard disk where the server part of the program quickly is established comes to an end free space because messages physically do not leave from a server even after when the user deletes them from the mail box, having called on number 999.
For example: to me the message has acted, it is kept on a server in a directory:
C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Ivr\Voicemail\Extensions\911\vmail95c12.wav
C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Ivr\Voicemail\Extensions\911\vmail95c12.xml
Here contents of this file vmail95c12.xml after record of the message:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<VOICEMSG>
<FILE DURATION="4700" CALLER="911">vmail95c12.wav</FILE>
<CREATED>20070522200009.453</CREATED>
<FLAGS>0</FLAGS>
</VOICEMSG>
Here contents of this file vmail95c12.xml after listening the message:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<VOICEMSG>
<FILE DURATION="4700" CALLER="911">vmail95c12.wav</FILE>
<CREATED>20070522200009.453</CREATED>
<FLAGS>1</FLAGS>
<HEARD>20070522200544.426</HEARD>
</VOICEMSG>
Here contents of that file vmail95c12.xml after removal of the message:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<VOICEMSG>
<FILE DURATION="4700" CALLER="911">vmail95c12.wav</FILE>
<CREATED>20070522200009.453</CREATED>
<FLAGS>5</FLAGS>
<HEARD>20070522200544.426</HEARD>
<REMOVED>20070522200804.908</REMOVED>
</VOICEMSG>
The file of the message is considered removed, but file
C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\Data\Ivr\Voicemail\Extensions\911\vmail95c12.wav
remains on a server. All the subsequent records too remain and borrow disk space!!!
At me the question - whether can be made so that files physically left,
after a command of the subscriber on removal of the message?
