Filled the Interoperability Application - No answer yet

Hello

My company has filled the Interoperability Application to become a certified VoIP/SIP provider more than a month ago but we have received no answer/update about that yet.

Is the one month time-frame normal or should we wait longer?

We were experimenting with some settings on our mail server so there is a slight chance we could have missed some mails, including one from 3CX, if they sent us any.

Is there a way (mail/phone number) of getting in touch with the department handling those applications so we can get an update on our case?

I've looked into the available regional sales representatives for Greece but found none. All I get is resellers and distributors info.

Can you please point me in the right direction?
