my firewall test works just great, except for this one line...

    # Port Status Description Parameters
1 Error (13) The machine is on a public IP. Please check the FAQ for more information. agentAddr = 87.230.29.162:4200

Is there supposed to be a problem running 3CX on a public IP? This is the IP that Broadvox is pointing to.

    Checked here: http://www.3cx.com/support/firewal-checker.html ?

    and here : http://www.3cx.com/support/nat-firewalls.html
and here for stun info: http://www.3cx.com/PBX/stun-server.html

And on a side note, have you turned off windows firewall - try putting the machine in a DMZ, that should fix it.
