Firewall checker w/o STUN

    hi

    I ran the Firewall checker to see if my port fowarding are correct and i also have disabled the STUN request because my public ip address never change but each time i run it it try to resolve my ip address with STUN server and get the wrong one... is it normal that it try with stun server even if i turned it off?

    lets say my address is 205.143.234.120 STUN server resolve 205.143.234.122 and fail all the port test

    we fowarded port 5060,5090, 9000 to 9049 to the pbx, we disabled sip alg

    what should we do?

    do you have mulitple ip addresses on your router/firewall or more then one Internet link? if you open web browser from computer where 3cx is and go to this page http://www.whatismyip.com/ what is you ip?

    Sounds like you have a block of routed IP addresses configured in your firewall / router.
    Are you setting your 3CX LAN NIC to be on one of these routed IP's - or is it on a LAN IP address (either static or DHCP)??
