firewall problem

    Hi, since a few weeks I get a delay in the audio from internal to external.
    When people call us there is no problem.

    [MS101003] Call(55) Ln:10000@Voipdiscount: Possible firewall problem. Address mapping failed on STUN server 194.221.62.209:3478 for local address ":9000"

    is it a port problem? Or what? I consider all ports to be open. I did that allready months ago and it was working fine at that time.

    Looks like your NAT isn't working properly. It's only showing the final port :9000 not 192.168.1.1:9000 or some real IP address.

    Check your router and your firewall again.

    okay. But whereshould I look in the router. All the ports are open.
    Tell me where to look please
