I have installed 3CX and I am getting the following error message when I run the firewall tests.

"The STUN server returned an IP which is not accessible from outside error (4)"

Result: Firewall check failed! Hide details <<<

    # Port Status Description Parameters
    1 9000 Error (4)
The STUN server returned an ip which is not accessible from outside. addrFromSTUN = 82.108.156.100:9000

17 9015 Information (9) Port is open and can be used for calls. externalAddress = 82.108.156.100:9015

As you can see the IP address that it returned is the correct external IP which I setuo with 1:1 NAT so I don't see why it is returning an error. On my firewall I have ports 5060, 9000-9015 open. Am I missing something else. I checked the 3CX admin guide and in particular the Cisco example that was provided. I am using a zywall USG-200 by the way.

The other ports are all showing with "information (9)" should I be worried about that ?
