Firewall Test Response received WITH TRANSLATION

Hi There,
Firstly I'm new to 3CX but it looks like a great system.

Secondly I'm loathed to ask this question as it seems like it would be a really common question but I can't find the answer in the help and only found one similar hit in the forum which didn't quite match my problem.

Anyway here it is...

I'm just running some tests to learn how it all works before I start a pilot in my office and all being well it will grow to about 25 users (who all use their phones a lot)

I'm running Windows 2003 Server (All patched and updated)
It is not running a firewall of any kind.

I'm not sure what version of 3CX I’m running can't see where that is but I only downloaded it 2 days ago.

I have a NAT firewall on my DLINK DI-624 Wireless Access point / Router.
Which is hooked to my Cable Modem and yes I do have a dynamic IP but it almost never changes.

I have made the port mappings as suggested in various places
This is cut out of the Dlink Config Page.
