    Hi Manouchehr,

Please enable the PBX Delivers Audio option on your extension and try to make a call to an extension in your lan, and let us know how that goes.

I assume you have an inbound rule in place that directs the call to that extension. so if you change that inbound rule to ring a different extension does it work?
This will help us determine if the phone is to blame or not.
Also you said "still no luck with calling to the outside number." and "Here is a log when i try to call to one of DIDs i assigned from my provider.."
The first suggest your are making an outbound call. The second that you are making an inbound call.
    No calls work?

ok, I corrected my inbound rules and have set outbound rules as well.......now when i make outgoing calls.... i get the following message "on the phone screen it is written "SessionProgess" then it changes to Temporarily unavailable.

    01/25/2017 2:57:54 PM - Call to T:Line:10003>>00414450xxx@[Dev:sip:94.102.x.x:5060] from L:26.1[Extn:105] failed, cause: Cause: 480 Temporarily Unavailable/INVITE from 94.102.x.x:5060

And of course i tried the incoming calls too, but it does not work.
