    Just wondering how many folks are using Flowroute - and if so, your experiences with Customer Service, Quality of Service, Outages, etc.

    I went with them since late last year.. best I've worked with thus far.
    My only gripe is the billing model.. you have to feed the pig (maintain a credit balance) versus just good old B2B monthly invoicing.

    While I'm sure it works in their favor to "get paid now" versus the wait.. it is rather off-putting to see auto-renew creds at irregular intervals.. versus just seeing how much "July" was in minutes and dollars in the invoice.

    Support is good.. it was quite annoying to get the "here's your ticket" response from Fusion/Broadvox as they slid downhill fast.
