Force phone system to in / out office hours feature

    Hi All,

    we have enable the "force" feature using *64 code (i.e. 1 is in office / 2 is out of office).

    what is the process to get the global hours to take control again?

    you see occasionally we get busy and the office needs to be left unattended so we use *642; we we come back in we press *641 however now the global hours doesn't take control so at the end of the day the out of office doesn't get enabled. have also tried rebooting the system but this doesn't make a difference either.
