Forward/bounce call to external number

I'm having an issue with bouncing calls to an external mobile number, either as part of a ring group (forward to outside number) or by creating a forwarding rule for a specific extension to forward the call to 'my mobile number' or 'an external number or skype id'.

I've formatted the number as per the outbound rule created (9 for outside call). Here's a copy of the log. From what I can see there's not much atttempt at an call to the outside world.

I've tried calling 199 (the extension set to forward the call to the mobile number) both internally and from an external phone on a DDI. Extension 100 (the phone I'm calling from) can make outside calls.

There are a number of options for forwarding depending on the state of the extension.

In your case, 3CX does not see the extension 199 as registered.

Did you specify how to handle calls, to that extension, if it isn't registered?
