Hello, I try to forward the calls from an extension to a direct sip URl.
Into the field "forward to external number or SkypeID" I enter this : [email protected] where 200 is the extension of the remote PBX 123.123.123.123.
When I receive the call, the forward start but with this error:

16:50:34.094 [CM503016]: Call(106): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]:5060> failed. Reason: Not Acceptable HereReason Unknown
16:50:34.094 [CM503003]: Call(106): Call to sip:10000%[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 485 Ambiguous number; from IP:83.211.227.21:5060
16:50:34.048 [CM503025]: Call(106): Calling VoIPline:[email protected]@(Ln.10008@Pagorapido IT)@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
16:50:34.048 [MS210002] C:106.4:Offer provided. Connection(transcoding mode): 78.134.37.141:9006(9007)
16:50:33.985 [CM503005]: Call(106): Forwarding: VoIPline:[email protected]@(Ln.10008@Pagorapido IT)@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]

Seem that the format of the external URl has been changed.
Is there a way to resolve this issue?
Many thanks to all!
Daniele

As long as you are sending a Direct SIP Call to one (or a few) external IP's, you may try creating a new trunk group, where the destination is that IP. Set it to not register, it is simply a destination to send the digits. Then set the outbound rules to send only the extension number.

This may require some "tweaking", and hair pulling.
