Forward DR to Exchange DR

    Hi There.

    We're currently implementing 3CX (v8) with Exchange 2010 Unified Messaging and I'm having a problem directing incoming calls from one Digital Receptionist (3CX's) to the Exchange Digital Receptionist.
    I want anonymous callers to be presented with a normal welcome & guidance greeting (press 1 for sales, press 2 for support etc) and then I want then number 9 key to direct people to the Exchange DR. So I've configured it as such, but pressing 9 does'nt have any effect. Anyone else have this issue and/or a fix maybe?
