    Hi

    I have set a rule to one of our users (Matt) after 10 seconds of ringing it forwards the call to a ring group. When the call gets forwarded it stops ringing in Matt's phone even tough he is in the group, he wishes it to continue to ring to his phone.

    Hi,

    What version of the PBX are you using?
    Also what phones are we talking about?

    Can you post a snippet of the logs in verbose mode?

    Hi,

    This was a know issue in previous version of the PBX, but in the latest builds had been fixed. Please advise your current build number and if it is not the latest please upgrade to the most recent version of 8 or the new version of 9.

    What extension is the forward all to mobile set on?

    Hi,

    yes we have payed support i just hate calling :p the extension is set to if no answer in 10sec's it calls the ring group in that ring group the extension is in also.
