Forward to external call with original caller id

    Hi there,

    read many topics but didn't get answers so far. We have a 3cx 12.5 with SP1 system and have problems to foward
    incoming calls to a external number ( eg. mobile phone ) in the first step. No matter which settings i do, the incoming call
    isn't fowarded immediately. It takes up to 10 seconds. Next problem is the original caller id isn't forwared eather.
    My Voip Provider supports this feature, but i can't get it to work with my 3cx systems. Any ideas ? Or does someone have the same problem and solved it ?

    It depends on which fields in the SIP headers that your provider uses to detect and forward the original calling CID. This is what my provider (nexVortex) uses:

    Many I have tried use the "From: User Part" set to "Originator Caller ID". However, not all providers support changing this field.
