Hi,
I'm trying to forward a call from an extension logged in a queue to a mobile phone.
When I perform the transfer, I get the message "Transfer failed" on the display of the phone (Snom 370).
In the 3CX log I found this error message:

Call to <sip:xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx:5060> has failed; Cause: 403 Do not use late offer-answer model/INVITE from xx.xx.xx.xx:5060

Any suggestion?

The option in Settings/General that allows forwardings to external numbers from queue/ring groups is checked.

Do the X's represent the IP of your VoIP provider? Have you tried sending the call to a remote phone that is not a mobile? Do you get the same fail code?

What provider are you using, perhaps others have had the same issue with them.

I am also receiving this error.

Have you got it working genesi or not yet?

Here is a extract from my logs:

To explain what what is in these logs:
2712xxxxxxx - main SIP Trunk on 3CX
41.xx.xx.xx - IP of SIP Trunk provider
Extn:399 - the dummy extension that needs to forward to a external number
2781xxxxxxx - external number dialed from
079xxxxxxx - Mobile number to forward to

When calling ext 399 form a local extension it forwards with no problem, its only when a external number calls in and then needs to forward. The option in Settings/General that allows forwardings to external numbers from queue/ring groups is checked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It appears that there is something in the Invite to your SIP provider on the forwarding of the call to your cell that they do not like. What you may want to do is to take a wireshark capture of a failed call and a working call and see if you can identify the difference.

What you may also want to do is to turn re-invites on with your SIP provider and see if that causes a difference.

Finally, if none of the above helps, call the SIP provider and ask them to monitor a call that fails and see what they recommend as a solution.

The 403 code simply means that some aspect was not right, but at least they attempted to qualify with the late invite info.

Quick fix:
Open
Settings->Advanced->Custom parameters tab
filter by - enter ALLOWNOSDPIFBOUNDTOMS
You will see one line in the list of parameters
Name ALLOWNOSDPIFBOUNDTOMS
Value 1
You need to change Value to 0
press Apply or OK button.
Restart is not required.
