Forward to outside number

    Hi!
    I resently set the 3CX system up and I think I got most things to work, except "Forward to outside number"
    The ring group rings, but when it comes to the forward part it stops and gives an error ring tone

    For that you would need to enable the parameter located in:

    Settings > General > Global Options > Allow forwarding to external number from Ring Groups / Queues.

    If that's enabled then the error you are getting must be related to some other configurational issue.

    Do you actually have a second line for the outgoing (transferred call) to use?
