Setting up my county phone system, realizing that when a person steps away from their desk and sets calls up to be forwarded to their cell phone, there ends up being no record of the call within 3CX records. This creates potential billing issues, depending on tracking incoming calls by department.
It would be great if 3CX could still record the occurrence of the call within the extensions call history. If this is something that is already possible, I've just not discovered it yet. Thanks
