forwarding queues to mobile phones

    Hi all,

    what can i do that calls on my extension and also queue-calls will be forwarded (immediate forward or parallel ring) from my deskphone to my mobilephone. Other people are also logged into the queue at the same time.

    Hello,

    Use ring sim in your extensions settings so whenever you extension rings so will your mobile phone.

    Now in the case of queues i would use the ring all strategy so that as soon as a call comes in your mobile will ring and so will the other agents that are part of that queue.

    Thank you for the answer.

    But when i take this way i always have to change in the admin-console. Is there a possibility that users can do this on their own? (without changing rules in admin-console or 3cx my phone settings). Like only to change the status....
