Hi 3CX community
I am experiencing an issue with forwarding rules on one extension. The rules have been setup as follows:
> If the call is not answered within 15 sec then send call to extension 31.
> If my phone is busy or unregistered then send call to extension 20.
When any calls come to the extension in question (35) the phone is busy rule takes effect. We have double checked that the phone is registered and that the phone is not busy. There is no DND setup on the phone.
We have also reconfigured both the phone and the extension in the past.
