Forwarding to a SIP URI

    I want to forward all calls routed to extension 888 in my PBX in to our CRM which requires the call to be forwarded to an external SIP URI.

    I've tried putting the SIP URI in the extensions forward if not reachable field, as an external number. I can follow it through the verbose logs, and it works for a bit, and fails as no outbound route exists for calls to 12345@mycrm.com

    What should I do next please?

    (Also, as an aside, the search on the forum does not allow 3 digit search terms like SIP or URI, and seems to ignore quoted terms like "SIP URI" too!)
