Forwarding to mobile or ring mobile simultaneously

    When forwarding an extension to a mobile number or setting an extension to ring the mobile simultaneously, it uses 2 of your available channels for the remainder of the call, correct? So the only way around that would be to use the 302 redirect option, which requires a DID for the extension and is only available while the extension is away or out of office, correct?
