Solved FQDN to Wrong IP after testing

    Hi everybody.
    I had some tests with a second testing PBX. My 3cx FQDN has updatet to my testing server IP Adress.
    if i log me in to the customer portal, i can see the wrong IP (Testserver).
    How can i change that urgently?

    Hello @Username

    Please note that you should not use the same licence key to run tests as this will cause problem with your production installation. It could also lock your key as you may hit your maximum activation limit and then non of the installations will work.
    To get the IP to update to the production PBX you need to shut down the test PBX, then navigate to the settings / network of the production PBX and set the IP to dynamic. Restart all services. This will update the IP but note that there is a TTL depending on your licence type and it could take some time until the DNS propagation reaches you.
