Freshdesk CRM integration

    Hi,

    In desperate need of help, supposed to be going live with our 3CX freshdesk integration tomorrow morning but a few of our users are having trouble with the available freshdesk integration.

    They have exactly the same set up as other users that work fine but whenever they get a phone call it doesn't search for a contact and it doesn't create a ticket.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    In case anyone comes across this post and has similar problems, it is worth noting that there are log files in the AppData for windows softphone integrations

    C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs
