Freshdesk integration: issue with phone numbers

    Hi,

    We have recently installed the Freshdesk integration with our 3CX Pro V15.5.
    It seems to be correctly installed and set up, but I have issues with the way 3CX associates phone numbers with Freshdesk's contacts.
    I know that the phone numbers mustn't have any space or special caracters in them. It's the case for most of our numbers.
    I would say that for 50% of our contacts, 3CX displays the name of the contat when calling him or getting a call from him. But for the other 50%, even if the numbers have the same format, 3CX just doesn't display the contat name... It's very frustrating because I can't find a logic behind this !

    We have the following formats working from time to time: 1234567890
    or with the international prefix, 003324567890
