Generate Support Info email never received

    Hey All,

    We're trying to look at the log files and ran "Generate Support Info" from the Console. Did this twice, never got an email with the link to download the bundle.

    We have received multiple emails about Trunk errors, service errors, etc so know that the email settings are correct.

    Also checked the Spam folder just in case, nothing there either.

    Has anyone else seen this issue?

    Hello @Techops

    Can you check if the support .zip file is generated locally on the PBX?
    The paths for the support file based on OS are as follow:
    Windows: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\WebSitesTemp
    Linux: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/WebSitesTemp

    Hey mariosM,

    Just checked and indeed there's a few zip files there. So, looks like that zip process works but not the email. What would you suggest we try to get the email to send? Thanks.

    Is this behavior after upgrading to latest 3cx update? I experience this issue too after the upgrade.

    Not for this side, we haven't updated to the beta SP3. We're waiting until it's out of beta.
