Hello

I cis questions about the generation of Ring Back Tone.

I am using the 3CX server on the remote environment, but I am in trouble Ring Back Tone is inaudible.

Environment are as follows.

OS: Windows2012Server, firewall is off
Terminal: 3cx client, Yealink fixed telephone
Line: VOIP trunk, IP phones line of Japan

3cx is connected through a tunnel
Yealink was no use or "Enabled" and "180 Ring Workaround", even if you set any of the "Disabled".

Will there a way to generate a Ring Back Tone?

Hi Flatapi and thank you for contacting us

If by ring back tone you mean the dial tone then that is generated by the endpoint (phone) or the client (3CXPhone) when 180 ringing is send back from the PBX/VoIP provider. Your Ring back tone is inaudible on your yealink or in the 3CXPhone client?

Best Regards

Thank you.

I do not know English, it may be meaningful, but not through, the phenomenon is as follows.

Be subjected to number of mobile phone and fixed-line phone, call sound is not heard.

3CX client by default, and then specify the settings for the 180 to Yealink terminal.

Thank you for your attention.

I assume that you mean the sound you hear to indicate that the called number is ringing.

In the majority of cases it is generated at the far end after the call has been set-up. But, this could vary depending on your provider.

Is the party you are calling also at a low level?

Does this happen on all outside numbers or just to certain destinations?

Have you tried calls over more than one VoIP provider?

Did this issue just start, or has it been happening all along?

Thank you.

I liked that the ringtone of the destination can not hear I sent.

It is not heard even if sent to any number.

I do not hear even experiment with multiple providers.

I do not hear from the beginning.

In addition, the ring tone is heard in Asterisk for Yealink terminal
In 3cx client, I do not hear any Asterisk.

Thank you for your attention.

It may be, for some reason (setting?), that audio, is not cut-through, until there is an answer supervision message.

If you call a line that is busy, do you hear a busy tone?

Have you tried calls to number outside of Japan?

Again...when did this start?

Have you spoken to your VoIP provider about this?

Now late reply.

You can now hear I have switched to a career.

Thank you all!
