Get the Call History

    Hi all

    We are using the 3CX Phone Systema as a PBX System por VoIP. We have an issue where it seems someone has attacked our PBX and now in our VoIP provider appeared lots of international mobile calls to different countries in Asia and Africa (We are based in Europe) that we did not do.

    The VoIP provider has informed us that unless we show then our PBX call history report they will not accept it is not our fault.

    Is there any way to obtain the phone calls done throught the PBX 3CX system for the last week?

    Is there any Call History Report functionality available, and if so where as we are not able to find it in the Admin Console?

    Bundled in the 3CXPhonesystem Installation there is a Call Reporter tool which allows you to do just that.
    You can find this tool in: Start > Programs > 3CX > 3CX Call Reporter: Generate a call report and Save it as a PDF or any other format you like and send it off to your provider.
