getting notification of failed callbacks when it's in fact successful

    Hello,

    We have some issues with the callback feature sending failed callbacks notifications when it has been successful.

    It looks like one call is causing multiple callbacks registered, and one is marked as successful and one is failed.

    Our outbound rules are OK, as it's working, but the notifications are sent out anyways.
