getting the DTMF tones

    I would like to collect short data (3 digits for example) entered by the calling users, through the DTMF tones. I did not found a way to do this, so I made an IVR (extension 800), without any keys: when the calling user listen to the prompt, he enters his 3 digits; then I have to extract data from the 3cx logs. My questions are:

    - how can we get DTMF tones with a simpler method, without using an IVR ?
    - is it possible to lauch an specific program at end-call, giving to this program all the call data ?
    - the log 3CXPhoneSystem.log logs all the data (in this log, I entered 642 for example), but we can't access it through program (file allready opened by 3cx manager)
    - the log callhistory.log is accessible through program, but the 3 digits are troncated (first digit is dropped: 42 instead of 642)
