Getting this error while trying to call outside

    I am getting this error while trying to make external calls.


    CAn anyone help me what iam doing wrong. Also i did an outbound rule and set it this way

    it's spa3102 ? your gateway is registered ?

    Yes my internet gateway is SPA 3102.

    ok. do you try inbound call ?

    if it's work, the problem come from your configuration of gateway. (dia tone, frequency, voltage, etc...) what's your contry ?

    intenally all works well. Our country is Malta (europe).

    ok can you tri to call the gateway with an other telephone ?

    like this you try inbound call, throughout gateway.

    Now it is working :D

    We are trying to call an internal line from an external laptop is this possible? and can anyone offer some help? (we are trying to connect from the laptop using an internal extension and its getting connected and make calls but no voice is being heard from it)

    Hey now everything is working our main concern is if someone calls and no-one is in office how are we going to foward it to an external number (mobile) ?
