Howdy! Recently we noticed the following behavior. In the Extension Status window, we will see a users extension in the following state: Connected ... OUT ... *1 So a user will have a ghosted connection and the Destination is always *1. When someone tried to dial them, the PBX considered the phone "busy" so it sends to their voicemail. If we Disconnect this call from the Extension Status window, then they can receive new call. My guess is these users picked up a parked call? No changes change been made, except for a backup and reinstall/restore of 3cx on new hardware. All the extension have been provisioned and rebooted as well. 3cx v11 sp4 all Polycom 550. Thanks!
