Gigaset C470ip

We are doing some tests with a Gigaset C470IP. This device works perfect for incoming calls. But when we try to dial a numer on the device, the display shows "BUSY".
The device is configured using http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/ - Updated link
Any ideas?
 
can you post a copy of the logs when you try making an outbound call?
