Giving rights to listen to recordings

    Hi Guys

    How can I give user rights to listen to recordings in the reporting site? I need to give this access to our call centre managers and trainers. I get the below error when they try and access the recordings.

    You have no rights to load: d:\recordings\*RecordingName*.wav
    Please contact administrator.

    Hi Joe,

    in order to give rights to view all call recordings to an extension you need to do the following:
    1. log into the 3CX Management Console.
    2. go to extensions and double click the extension that you want to give the ability to view all call recordings
    3. once in the Extensions settings select the options tab.
    4. enable the right "Can download any recording" and apply

    Hi Andeas

    I am in the Management interface in my web browser and that option is definitely not there.

    We are running Version 12, not sure if this makes a difference.

    Hi Joe,

    in order for that option to be available to you, you need to be running 3CX Phone System Service Pack 3, which you can get from here:http://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/3cx-phone-system-12-service-pack-3/ . Can you please verify this?
