Installation prevents my digital dictation system from working. Using phone mode. Changing to headset mode makes no difference.

Dictation software gives an error that it can't start the sound recorder device.

Using NCH Express Dictate with Phillips Speechmike Pro (LFH6274). Windows XP SP2. Replicated on several machines.

Uninstall fixes the problem. Comes back when I reinstall.

Can you use, for example, X-lite(eyeBeam) together with your software?

    Thanks

I also found that the VoIP client crashed with a Windows error when plugging in a Plantronics Audio 510 Headset (which is a USB device that adds new audio devices in via plug and play)

This problem still doesn't seem to be fixed.

    Any progress or thoughts?

Anyone else successfully using Express Dictate/Philips Speechmike with the 3CX client?
