Grandsteam HT-286,cannot receve incoming call

    I have a audiocodes mp-114FXO and grandsteam HT-286 adapter. everything works fine except the phone connected to HT-286 cannot receive the call.either internal or external. I can make any call from this anolgy phone.here is some log.

    Hi,

    A couple of questions first please.

    Does the HT-286 show as registered in the 3CX control panel? if unsure then try powering the HT-286 down then power up and look in the server status window.

    When calling the HT-286 extension (I assume that it is ext103) does the green light on the HT-286 flash to show incoming call ?

    Are you using a static or dynamic IP address on the HT-286 ?

    yes,it is registered. and the green light is not flash. I am using a DHCP. But finally I found i have to rebbot serval times to get it work. I guess it is a firmware bug?
