Has anyone used one of these with the 3cx IP PBX yet?

I have one ordered to experiment with. It is a single line FXO/FXS adapter. I want to try it on a PBX and on a Ma-Bell PSTN Line.

If anyone has experience with it please post some pro's and con's you have run into.
