I'm having problems getting incoming calls to be answered. I have a Grandstream GXW4108 Gateway with firmware version 1.0.0.55 (newest one). When incoming calls happen I get this message in the 3CX log

Did you follow this step by step:

http: //www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/Grandstream-GXW-41044108/ NO LONGER AVAILABLE. NEW LINK: http://www.3cx.com/support/

The easiest if you make internal number, auth ID and password all 10001...

Actually, it is enough to make line internal number to be 10001, and set advanced option 'Line-ID matching' internal number in user-part of 'Contact' field.

Admin, I did follow that setup page, but that didn't help. Archie, Thank you for your help, that did work.
