Grandstream gateway and picking up incoming lines.

I'm having problems getting incoming calls to be answered. I have a Grandstream GXW4108 Gateway with firmware version 1.0.0.55 (newest one). When incoming calls happen I get this message in the 3CX log

The easiest if you make internal number, auth ID and password all 10001...
 
Actually, it is enough to make line internal number to be 10001, and set advanced option 'Line-ID matching' internal number in user-part of 'Contact' field.
 
Admin, I did follow that setup page, but that didn't help. Archie, Thank you for your help, that did work.
