GrandStream GXP-2100 - Queue ring

    Hi everyone I was wondering how to change the ring sound when a queue in "ringing".

    My client would like to keep the usual ring not the "other ring".

    I suppose it's done through the templates but I'm kind of lost in there for now.

    Find the following file on you 3CX server:
    C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Templates\phones\grandstreamexecutive.ph.xml

    To edit the ring tones, modify the following section and then re-provision the phones:

    #---------------------------------------
    # Disctinctive Ring Tone
    #---------------------------------------
    #Setting for distinctive ringing base on altert info
    #info=external -- call from external line (no reformatting has been applied)
    #info=international -- call from external line, reformatting detected international call
    #info=national -- call from external line, reformatting detected national call
    #info=local -- call from external line, reformatting detected local call
    #info=queue -- call from queue
    #info=ivr -- call from IVR

    # Custom ring tone 1, used if incoming caller ID is
    P105 = external

    # Custom ring tone 2, used if incoming caller ID is
    P106 = queue

    # Custom ring tone 3, used if incoming caller ID is
    P107 = ivr
