Grandstream GXV 3140

    Hello everyone,

    Does anybody has configuring the GXV 3140 with 3cx. It's a really nice phone but i have trouble with it.
    I can registered to 3cx and be call from an extension, but when i call from this phone, the dial is starting but the phone doesn't see that the connection is established. I paste what's happened in the log:

    Post the config for the phone.

    Do you have stun turned on on the phone itself?

    1) I'd try upgrading the firmware as the first firmware releases for the GXV3140 were really bad.
    2) The phone doesn't require any special configuration coming out of the box. All you need to do is fill up the Account 1 / General settings and that's pretty much it...

    Also could you explain your issue in more detail? I don't understand the following statement:
