We have a Grandstream 4104 and we are having some general oddness with it, I am wondering if anyone can help...

    The setup:

1 outbound call on line 5
1 inbound call on line 1 with CID blocked

The grandstream sees the call, and 3CX recieves the call however this is what 3CX gets:

    Code:

It looks like 3CX is sending out the call on Line 10001(corresponds to line 1 on the Grandstream) however the grandstream puts it out on line 5.

Can anyone give me a little hand with this?

    Thanks

    Dan

I have gotten this sorted out myself. If anyone is interested in the specific setup and my work around please feel free to contact me.

I'm having problems getting my first 4108 even installed... Did you have any issues using the online guide? I went thru it 3 times so far and can't find what I'm doing wrong.

Did you use the template? What specific issues are you having?

Sheps, the first poster, was looking for a direct correlation of a virtual line to a physical trunk, which is not the case unless you specifically insert dial code strings to tell the device which phyical line you want. The GXW will typically throw the outbound call on the last physical line in the chain of connected lines.
