Group call pickup and excessive permissions

    Hello,

    we found out that in order to pickup a call from another phone (for example my nearest colleague) we have to grant user permission to perform operations and see all group calls.

    This is very disappointing because each user can see, terminate and hold any calls in the group?
    Is this the intended way you designed the system?

    In our previous pbx each user could pickup any calls in his group without any specific permission. This is, IMHO, the right way to manage pickup. Is this possible with 3cx?
