group pickup not working with DA and call recording

    Hi,

    im using a digital assistant when a call comes into this and option 1 puts them through to extension 1 (in example) but extension 2 tries to do a group pickup to take the call it doesnt pickup the call correctly and the caller just continues to hear the on hold music (with a slight pause) and the extension is a silent line. With call recording off this all works fine. Its almost a timeout issue because its using a DA, call recording, and group pickup. Its the full version hence group pickup working and the box its running on is way fast enough

    any ideas?
