group problem

Hi!

first, excuse me for my bad english (i'm french ;) )

i have a problem with group :

i'm creating a group with 2 extensions.

for parameter, i put :

-ring strategy : all
-ring time : 30
-members : 100 / 101
-Voicemail for Extension : 100

In extension 100 option, i'm configuring voice mail.


when I call, 2 extensions ring during 30 s( it's OK), but after 30s, the extension 100 ring alone during 15 s after i'm tranfert to voice mail..

why the call is not tranfering to voice mail directly after 30s?

is it bug??

Thank you for information.
We also find that version 1361 routes call to extension instead of its voice mail if voice mail set up as fallback destination for ring group.

It is fixed in new version that will be available very soon
